UJ Series Spring Cage Clamping Terminal Blocks are very easy to operate, with a suitable screwdriver, plug screwdriver into operating hole untill the position of conductor strip, then put conductor into operationg hole, pull out screwdriver, the conductor can be clipped by fixture of spring.
